Hong Lim Park is a nice place to relax. Pretty flowers and lots of trees, grass and other vegitation. Also close to MRT and bus. It's quite nice.

One of the greenest places near by financial district. Such a quiet and cosy place for you to step aside and take a break from all the buzzing noise.
Excellent pull-ups bar rig. Which is high enough to set up gymnastics rings. But as much as the public is alloa to use the pull-ups bar. Unlike other fitness corner this is consider an outdoor pull-ups bar area for impact gym. Hence, they never build any other common fitness corner training bar like the dip bar, ladder, push up bar, incline pull up bar, bench and more. Correct me if I am wrong but do give it a try. You will definitely look the bar doing pull workout or any hanging core workout. Nearby, there is an public toilet to use also. It's well maintained, I guess once a while it will be clean by a cleaner. It's nice area to wash my hands after training.

A very spacious park in the central area of Singapore with large open space. It has historical and political significance as well. The chairs around the park were useful for me to simply sit and relax when I was staying at a hostel nearby.
